We will meet you in person or over the phone to talk to you the customer.
We will ask questions to get information on what you want in your website,
and what you want your website to do for you.

Contract Signing
Statement of work contract is signed, and 1/3rd payment is due

Website Content
You the customer will provide the website content in digital or hand-written
format. The preferred digital format is Microsoft Word, Notepad, or Email
(please ask about other digital text formats). The content for each page
should be given, as well as, any tag lines (catch phrases).
Also at this stage, we will help you find and purchase a domain name
if you don’t have one already) as well as, setup a hosting account for you.

Website Layout/Graphic’s Design
We will then begin the process of designing the visual representation of the
website layout. This includes, picture editing, logo design, setting up a
design prototype, and creating any custom buttons, drawings, or artwork.

Accepted Design Prototype
Once, the design prototype is complete, and the graphic design work is done,
you the customer will look over the design prototype and provide feedback of
any changes.
A design agreement is then signed and the 2nd payment of 1/3rd is due.

Complete Design Work
The website is developed based on the design prototype and the content and
graphics are placed accordingly.

Prepare Website for Search Engine Optimization
Then your website will be prepared for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
We use all natural technique to help get your website a higher ranking.
This does not guarantee a high ranking for your site, but if the SEO rules
are followed correctly then more than likely you will have a high ranking
for your site.

Final Website Reviewed
The final website is then reviewed by you, and upon receiving the last payment
of 1/3rd, the website will be published.

Website Published
The website will be uploaded and published and any tweaks or minor adjustments will
then be made.

Website Submitted to Search Engines
Finally, the website is submitted to the major search engines
(Google, Yahoo, and Bing).
* Note all customers who have email will receive a complementary email that you can
forward to friends and family about the grand opening of your new website.
